The history and vision for North Lakes Property Management started in 1988 when two co-workers had purchased a single 8-unit building in Anoka, Minnesota. Over the years business flourished for this management duo and today, their team consists of more than 60 employees who manage the 17 communities that they own and operate.
Relying on a formula that has worked for over 30 years, they consider and act on any resident suggestions they receive. Management always strives to create the best possible living environment for all residents and they trust their residents to tell them what they need and how it will help.
By listening to residents and acting on their suggestions, particularly suggestions regarding a prompt and hands-on approach to problems, they knew they could build an exceptional property management team and offer an apartment living experience unlike any other. Today, North Lakes Property Management has almost 1,700 apartment homes in several cities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Iowa and are sure to have at least one community that will be convenient to you and your needs!
